Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Refmania ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Refmania is a referral exchange platform where users can invite others to earn credits and spend those credits on SaaS deals and promo codes.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person is allowed.

4. Credits and Deals

Credits are earned through referrals and can be spent on deals listed on the platform. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to adjust credit balances in cases of abuse.

5. Fair Use

• Self-referrals are not allowed
• Clicks and signups from the same IP are counted once per referrer
• Abuse may result in account suspension and credit removal
• Submitting misleading or fraudulent deals is prohibited

6. Submitted Deals

Users may submit their own SaaS deals. You must have the right to offer any promo codes or discounts you list. We reserve the right to remove any deal at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to expired or invalid promo codes.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
